Indeed the true religion with ALLAH TA’ALA is Islam (complete submission)
All praises are due to ALLAH TA’ALA who has guided to the perfect, complete and lasting deen of Islam. May ALLAH TA’ALA shower His special mercy and peace upon our Beloved Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), his family
and all His companions.
Ramadhan is the golden opportunity to gain ALLAH TA’ALA’s forgiveness, mercy and closeness. The special actions during this blessed month are fasting, recitation of the Noble Quraaan, sincerity, charity, feeding, sympathy to the creation, patience, humility, dua (supplication), istigfaar (seeking forgiveness) and zikr (remembrance of ALLAH TA’ALA). Every moment in this noble month is precious and should be utilised fruitfully. The reward of a Fardh (compulsory) act is multiplied by seventy and nafl (optional) act is rewarded as that of a Fardh.
Fasting, the most special action during Ramadhan, is a bond of deep love between a servant and His Creator, our beloved ALLAH TA’ALA. Its reward is so immense that only ALLAH TA’ALA will be able to personally grant its reward, wherein a person leaves food, drink and desires exclusively for His sake. The objective of fasting is to inculcate the quality of taqwaa, which means continuous abstention from His prohibitions and obedience to His commands.
Most important of all is to refrain from erroneous and deviated beliefs contrary to that of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah (those adhering to the way of Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) and all the noble companions (Radhiyallahu anhum).
In order to attain a good life in the true sense of the word and eternal salvation from the Hell- fire in the Hereafter, it is imperative to believe in our Beloved Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) as the final messenger and to enter the religion of Islam with our complete selves adopting Islam in it’s entirety. Merely doing good or being good, without entry into Islam will not suffice.
This is proven amongst many other verses, from the following three:
1.[O Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)] say, O humankind! Verily, I am the Messenger of ALLAH to all of you, that ALLAH to whom alone the kingdom of the heavens and the earth belong. There is none worthy of worship besides Him. He (alone) gives life and He (alone) gives death. So believe in ALLAH and His Messenger, the unlettered prophet, who himself believes in ALLAH and His words. (Moreover), follow him (the Messenger), so that you may be guided. (7:158)
This verse indicates that in order to remain guided, belief in Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) and emulating him is imperative.
2. And anyone who seeks a religion other than Islam, never shall it be accepted from him. In the Hereafter he will be of the losers. (3:65)
3. The one who does not believe in ALLAH and His Messenger (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) then We have certainly prepared for the disbelievers a flaming fire (48:13)
May ALLAH TA’ALA protect our Imaan at all times.
